As an Outbound Sales Representative, you’ll play a crucial role in generating high-quality leads and setting recruiting appointments for the top real estate brokerages across North America.

With a requirement of 150-200 calls per day and a goal of 30 booked recruiting appointments per week, you’ll be at the forefront of our mission to connect brokers with the best agents in the market.

Responsibilities

– Conduct Outbound Phone Calls: Utilize our advanced dialler system to reach potential prospects.
– Build Rapport: Establish genuine connections with clients, making each interaction valuable and memorable.
– Follow Scripts with Finesse: Navigate conversations confidently, using our proven scripts as a guide.
– Achieve Targets: Consistently book 30 appointments per week and maintain or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
– Communicate Effectively: Exhibit a pleasant and confident phone manner, with flawless English fluency and a neutral accent.
